Project:

The scheme is to reconstruct the A45 South overbridge, the existing structure is situated on the A45 to the north east of central Solihull, and located few hundred metres west of Junction 6 of the M42 motorway, and carries the westbound three lane carriageway of the A45 over the two track West Coast Mainline (WCML) railway.

Equib undertook a facilitated risk workshops with the project’s key stakeholders to ensure risks and mitigations were both captured to increase the likelihood of project success, and a quantitative cost risks analysis was also undertaken.
