MTR Corporation, in partnership with Chiltern Railways, was successful in winning the prestigious London Overground train operating franchise which they branded LOROL (London Overground Rail Operations Limited).

Equib were risk management consultants for the bid team; during the original tender phase prior to LOROL (MTR and Chiltern Railways) being awarded the London Overground Franchise, where Equib provided a full qualitative and quantitative risk analysis services for both the initial tender and the Best And Final Offer (BAFO) submissions.
