Following securing the franchise, London Overground Rail Operations Ltd (LOROL) established their own projects division who are responsible for undertaking refurbishment and enhancement projects on the stations along the London Overground rail routes.

Services:

Equib were retained to assist LOROL on both small capital projects, such as station enhancements, and in the management of their risk exposure during the implementation of the East London Line project.
