Project:

John Laing is a specialist owner, operator and manager of public sector infrastructure assets in the UK and internationally. They have a worldwide portfolio investing in sectors such as: Defence, Education, Healthcare, Rail, Roads and Bridges.

Two rail projects Equib supported John Laing in developing were; Coleshill Parkway and Aylesbury Vale Parkway. Both projects are DBFO type schemes where John Laing’s project’s division obtained planning consent, designed, built, financed and now operate / maintain the asset.

Services:

Equib undertook quantitative cost risk assessments for John Laing from feasibility through to Financial Close i.e. signed agreement between John Laing and the Principal Contractor.
