The Dublin Airport Authority’s Priority 1 Projects Portfolio consists of both landside and airside projects at Dublin Airport, forming their development and expansion plan.

Services:

Supporting the Asset, Maintenance and Delivery (AMD) organization of the DAA on the Priority 1 Projects, our services included:

• Facilitating risk workshops to identify risk and opportunities to the portfolio and agreeing concise mitigation plans.
• Populating the risk database and ensuring all key stakeholders are informed of the updated risks and associated actions.
• Undertaking QCRAs on each of the individual projects
