Who are we and what do we do?
Equib is an independently owned consultancy specialising in Risk Management and analysis and decision support for projects and programmes of all sizes. We have grown organically since 2002 with growth accelerating since 2009 when we re-incorporated. We have been involved in many of the main infrastructure programmes in this period.
We have a depth of experience that is second to none in this specialist field and pride ourselves on our adaptability to meet our client’s requirements and aspirations. We are expert at modelling both cost and schedule risk and the presentation of the outputs. We believe that one size does not fit all and that there is no single “best” approach to the management of risk particularly with the unique characteristics of every project.
